Today is about movement! Nothing fancy, just simple and functional.
We’ll use the toilet because we’d like you to make some small movements, but we don’t want you to feel uncomfortable about it. And since we tend to go to the toilet at least once a day, or at least I hope you do, you can extend your stay a bit, to have the perfect private moment for a dedicated movement practice. Unless of course, someone or yourself just did a number two in there, then by all means, find yourself a different private space!
